How do you feel about the way it is panning out?

Although, in the fog of war, it is hard to know what is actually happening

but the lack of air defences on the first night seems off, and there are quite a few things that don't seem to make sense

Thank you for your comment.

You'll note that I made this post, this prediction, the afternoon BEFORE the Israeli's did, in fact, bomb Iran. I still believe my analysis was sound: The attack was a poor (military) choice, It's further demonstrated the limitations of Western, high-tech, "shock and awe" to the World. I thought it wise not to let this "cat out of the bag", at least not right now.

"War is the continuation of politics by other means." - Karl Von Clausewitz

Political motives must have driven this decision. Israeli desires for regime change in Iran? ...Predicated on a belief that Trump would involve the US?

Iran still has its "pile of rocks" ... each passing day further proves this to be true.

As with the Russians in the conflict with Ukraine, patience and time seem to be on the side of the Iranians.

And yes, to your "fog of war" comment: It's hard to source accurate information as to the reality on the ground.

It does seem like Trump will involve the US, certainly is angling for a Gulf of Tonkin event
